How To Order
Ordering is easy. Just browse our site, click on the 'Add To Cart' button for the items you wish to purchase and add them to your Shopping Basket. When you have finished your selection, select which country you'd like your parcel delivered to, then click on 'Go to Payments' and enter your name, address and credit card details.
Amending Your Order
You can amend or remove items from your shopping basket just as easily as adding them. To do this, simply change the 'quantity' boxes to the desired amount (use zero to remove an item from your basket) and then click on 'Recalculate'.
How To Pay
Payment must be made online by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo. Your card will not be charged until your order has been despatched. If paying by cheque, the order will be despatched once funds have cleared.
Credit Card Security
Your order and credit card details are processed safely on a secure server (SSL). This means there is a private connection between your computer and our website. Payments are processed by WorldPay and PayPal, two market leaders and trusted names. Please visit their web sites for further details: www.worldpay.com and www.paypal.co.uk
Order Confirmation
After you have completed the checkout process and paid for your items through WorldPay (or PayPal) you will be given a confirmation email and order number which you can print out for your records. An invoice will also be included in your packaged items |

Delivery Options
At Simple Blessings, we have the following UK delivery options for you to choose from:
- FREE Shipping - dispatched within 4 -5 working days and sent by Second class post, by Royal Mail. Items should arrive within 7 - 10 days. If you wish to use this service, please choose the FREE shipping method at the checkout.
- First Class Shipping - dispatched within 1 -2 working days and sent by First class post, by Royal Mail. Items should arrive within 3 - 4 days. If you wish to use this service, please choose the First Class shipping method at the checkout. You will be charged £3.99 for the shipping costs.
- Special Next Day Delivery - if ordered before 1pm, items will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, items will be sent the next working day - please note that items will not be shipped on a Saturday. This delivery option will be delivered by a Courier or Royal Mail and will guarantee delivery by the next working day. If you require this service, please choose the Next Day Delivery shipping method at the checkout. You will be charged £8.99 for the shipping costs. Please note this service will require someone to sign for the item when being delivered.
Delivery Outside these areas
We regret that we are unable to despatch orders to addresses outside the UK and Northern Ireland.
Refunds
We immediately offer a full refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange for products returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning items. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints Procedure
In the event that you need to make a complaint, for whatever reason, we will immediately endeavour to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. If this can't be done straight away, we aim to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Privacy Policy
The information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing your order only. We do not ask for sensitive personal information and we do not disclose or sell your details to third parties. The information we require is name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. We do not store any customer details on file.
Our Recycling Policy
 At Simple Blessings we're always striving to be as eco-friendly as possible, to help maintain a healthy, happy environment.
For this reason from purchasing products to packaging, our thoughts are driven by the effects we have on ALL life forms. Therefore, we try our utmost to use and reuse packaging that will have minimum impact and strain on Mother Earth.
We recycle packaging and use Envirofill whenever possible. Envirofill is an environmentally friendly polystyrene void fill (also known as loose fill or packing chips). Envirofill is recycled, recyclable and degradable while still offering the same degree of protection as traditional polystyrene loose fill.
We try to maintain an ethical work environment by remembering to always recycle! This includes any paper, ziplock bags, cardboard containers or void fill for customer orders. We are constantly striving to help heal our world and looking for new ways to improve on our recycling policy.
